I am in love with Bruce Feiler's books. Never mind the fact that he is Jewish and I am not. He felt a call to walk the old testament books and be in the lands the books were written about. He used being in the actual places discussed to find an even deeper faith. They are written in an intellectual and spiritual crusade to find a common bond with the lands of his forbears. They are emotional, stimulating, and sparked my interest more with each one.
