We'll, it is a list of blogs that you visit with direct links to them from your blog. You would sign into Blogger, go to page layout, click on add a page element, link list- then, you would put the http://www.idpwwo.blogspot.com in the appropriate spot, give it a name--my dumbass cousin - or whatever, then save! Try it!
